Attendance

• Students should arrive on time for each class to gain as much as possible from each session.

• All students should come prepared and ready to participate in each class.

• Students will be allowed to attend ONLY the classes for which they were signed up.

Studio Rules

• For the safety of everyone, only students who are participating in the class are allowed inside the studio during the session.

• Parents are not allowed to wait inside the studio or participate in the class during the session. However, parents are welcome to BRIEFLY check on their child during the class.

• There will be no gum chewing, eating or drinking except for water while inside the studio. All snacks should be eaten before or after class.

• Students and parents are responsible for their belongings. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

• All students MUST be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of each session. Otherwise, an additional fee can be incurred.

Class Etiquette

• Eyes and attention must always be on the instructor.

• Be kind to classmates and show respect to all instructors. Rudeness and bullying will never be tolerated.

• No talking or participating in activities without instruction during class.

• Students may not leave class without permission from the instructor and permission from the parent or guardian.

• Students who do not follow the rules will be kindly escorted their parent or guardian after their first, second and third warning. That class will be forfeited.

Dance Dress Code

• Feel The Beat Class:

  • Athletic or comfortable wear such as leggings, joggers and t-shirts.

  • Shoes: Sneakers

• Free2Worship Class:

  • Bottoms: Leggings, yoga pants, dance tights, dance or athletic shorts, or dance skirts with tights

  • Tops: T-shirt, tank top, or leotard

  • Shoes: Ballet slippers, jazz shoes, or no shoes

Payments and Registration

• Registration should be completed once each year.

• There are no refunds for any class missed or voluntary withdrawals, students may apply class credits to another class instead.

• Closings and holidays are accounted for in all pricing arrangements.

• Students will not be allowed to participate in class unless all waivers were signed, fees were paid and registration is fully completed.

• If a class is cancelled by EXPRESSIVE HEARTS or by Gwinnett County, classes will be rescheduled or a full refund will be given.
